 Review comment:
   For the `ArtifactStoreProvider` you "hardcoded" the dependencies of all 
implementations here where for the MessagingProvider you inject them using DI.
   
   If we look at the set of dependencies we have, it seems to boil down to:
   - Config
   - ActorSystem
   - Logging
   
   Could we implement the same scheme for the MessagingProvider and get rid of 
the scaldi dependency that way?
