Currently {{ozone admin container reconcile}} is used to trigger reconciliation
for a specific container, but the resulting checksums are only shown in {{ozone
admin container info --json}} which can be verbose and usually requires jq
filtering to get the desired information. We should make the checksums easier
to see by adding them to {{ozone admin container info}} without json, and by
adding some flag to check them from the {{reconcile}} command too so we don't
need to hop between commands.
Note that without SCM replication manager integration we can't track the status
of existing reconciliation commands that have been sent out.
