*Steps to reproduce issue:*
1. Go to Recon UI of Ozone > keep the default old UI
2. Go to any page inside
3. Refresh the web page from browser or press F5 key
*Observed results:*
1. The current old UI is automatically switched to new UI
*Expected result:*
User should not experience undesired switching of UI from old to new, unless
user clicks on switch to UI button provided on top right.
