page cleans the path selection_14Jan25.mp4
*Steps to reproduce issue:*
1. Go to new Recon UI of Ozone > Disk Usage
2. Start some workload which adds new keys for some duration
3. Go to path till bucket > directory using the 'home icon' to see if keys are
getting added
4. Refresh the page from browser level to see if newly added keys are updated
or not
*Observed results:*
1. As soon as user clicks on refresh button, the current path selection is
cleared & path shown is for root
2. Pie chart is also lost and user lands in home or root location under Disk
Usage
3. The refresh button available in old UI to refresh current selected path is
missing in new UI
*Expected result:*
1. There should be provision to refresh the current selected path & load the
page without moving back to root level
2. For this we can implement same 'Local Refresh button' present under 'home
icon' in old UI
