Can you clarify what you mean by dynamic loading? As in the table is
automatically generated based on which release notes are present in each
directory? In that case it would still be one change to archive a release:
either moving a file or updating the table. I think the simplest thing would be
to put all the release notes pages under the same directory, and let the
downloads page specify links to the supported ones. Old links would still
exist, but we should add a header that says it is no longer maintained in case
people land on it directly.
