[~erose] Thanks for the suggestion! I’ve added headers to the release notes to
indicate that they are no longer maintained.
I included the following metadata in the {{.md}} file headers and load them via
JS:

supported_version: false
release_date: "2020 Sep 02"

I also added logic to:
* Display supported versions in the first table
* Show archived versions in the second and third tables
All release notes remain in the same directory, and there are no changes to the
folder structure.
We only need to maintain the release notes .md files, the JS will load them
dynamically.
Could you please review the latest commit when you get a chance? Thanks!
