Review Comment:
   Standard Full UTF_8 strings should not have a problem. But the moment we use 
a different encoding then this algorithm will break. Take some UTF encoding 
where things are encoded in Little Endian format then we would see this 
problem. Let me see if I can write a test case to fail this.
