@priyeshkaratha , thanks for working this. For block deletion command, in some cases, SCM will retry send same command multiple times, so to make sure the counter is accurate, we need test cases to cover these duplicate command received cases, which impacts the counter increase accuracy, and blocks are already deleted cases, which impacts the counter decrease accuracy. Also we need test cases to cover upgrade scenario, you can refer to TestHDDSUpgrade, as an example, how to test the feature upgrade. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
