Review Comment:
Its random failure currently, and with analysis, its requried to have 2
second diff between subsequent volume failure trigger.
So added sleep here to avoid that random success / failure.
Might be startup is quick now, Previous volume scanner trigger and next as
required in test case have lesser gap and being observed.
