Summary: [DiskBalancer] SuccessMove container count not displaying

During the execution of the DiskBalancer operation, the *SuccessMove* container
** count is not being reported correctly. Even after containers are moved or
attempted to be moved, the displayed SuccessMove count does not accurately
reflect the actual number of successful container movements.
*Steps to Reproduce:*
* The DiskBalancer operation runs normally.
* Containers move or attempt to move.
* The *SuccessMove* counter remains incorrect or unchanged.
* The count does not match the actual number of containers successfully moved.
*Expected Behavior:*
* The SuccessMove container count should accurately update and reflect the
number of containers successfully moved during the DiskBalancer process.
