Description:
This is just an idea.
Since streaming write pipeline does not generate as much Raft logs as Ratis
pipeline, we might need to separate the streaming write pipelines and the Ratis
pipelines so that streaming write pipelines user will not be slowed down by
Ratis pipelines user (due to the Raft logs on WriteChunk).
