Description:
This is just an idea.
Since streaming write pipeline does not generate as much Raft logs as Write
Pipeline V1 , we might need to separate the streaming write pipelines and the
Ratis pipelines so that streaming write pipelines user will not be slowed down
by Write Pipeline V1 user (due to the WriteChunk Raft logs).
