Thanks @Gargi-jais11 for pointing this out.
I’ve updated `listParts()` to handle updating `listPartsFailureStats` itself
for both `OMException` and other `IOException / RuntimeException` cases.
This avoids double-counting in the outer handler while still ensuring all
list-parts failures are recorded.
