## What changes were proposed in this pull request? HDDS-14550. Update Overview page UI with the new Cluster Capacity Please describe your PR in detail: * This PR changes the overview page layout to separate out the Datanodes and Containers health details into separate cards * The Storage Report is now changed to comply with the Cluster Capacity page instead of the old storage report layout ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-14550 ## How was this patch tested?
