*Fixed. Extracted a `toQuasiClosedMetadata(ContainerInfo ci)` helper method
with a proper `try/catch` block that wraps exceptions in
`WebApplicationException` with `INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR`, mirroring the existing
`toUnhealthyMetadata` pattern.*
