Would like to take this. Planning to mirror the pattern from #10602:
# Wire {{BuildInfoMetrics}} into the httpfs gateway's HTTP server so it
exposes {{_build_info}} with the same {{{component, version, revision}}} labels
as OM/SCM/S3G/Recon.
# Add {{httpfs}} to the version-distribution panel and component table in
{{{}Ozone - Rolling Upgrade.json{}}}.
# Add a {{TestHttpFSVersionMetrics}} mirroring
{{{}TestS3GatewayVersionMetrics{}}}.
Anything ZDU-specific about httpfs that needs different treatment from S3G —
e.g. is it always scraped by Prometheus in the compose profile, or optional?
