Sorry, I'm a newbie looking to work on this ticket, and I want to be sure I
understand what it is asking for.
It says "keep the command", which I assume means the "delete container" command.
So that means merge the changes from the closed PR:
https://github.com/apache/ozone/pull/1845 but also modify the admin cli to
improve the error message, in case there is a new version of the cli working
with an old version of the scm.
Is that correct?
