## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Problem: `(hdds|ozone)-version-info.properties` include MD5 checksum of all prod Java and protobuf source files under `hadoop-(hdds|ozone)`. They are then added to `(hdds|ozone)-common.jar`, which causes build cache miss for all modules that depend on them. Example: 499bbd3e3ce32fe715acf9823ef24b676977b225 only changed Recon, which `ozone-integration-test` does not depend on. But integration tests encountered [cache miss|https://develocity.apache.org/c/wz5yoeciqmxme/ckv2d3t3s52bq/goal-inputs?expanded=WyJ0bTRxNHFvbmxyaTJhLXRlc3RjbGFzc3BhdGhlbGVtZW50cyJd] due to the difference in `ozone-common.jar`. This change removes `srcChecksum` and related methods. `<source>` input is mandatory for `hadoop-maven-plugins`, so it is kept with a smaller input directory (to reduce file scanning time). https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-17538 ## How was this patch tested?
