It is due to intermittent timing problem, when old workflow run gets approved and cancels a later run approved at the same time: - https://github.com/apache/ozone/actions/runs/41823485657/attempts/2 - https://github.com/apache/ozone/actions/runs/42004800015/attempts/2 (this one got: `Canceling since a higher priority waiting request for ci-11923 exists`) It may be possible to avoid it by first approving the workflow and only then marking ready for review. After this, workflow needs to be approved again (this time the real one). For this, either the committer (you) has to do each step in this sequence, or the contributor needs to know to mark "ready for review" only after workflow got approved.
