Currently we could do some best effort deletion:
When first stripe failed, we could resend the putBlock to indicate that these
blocks are not respected anymore. So, that later scrubber can clean them if any
blocks have such meta. But we cannot guaranteed that we could send this best
effort putBlock to all nodes as we are retrying on failed stripe nodes.
