## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Recon just fetches and displays all the pipelines with their states on the active tab, and the inactive tab is always empty. So Recon UI should not display "Inactive" tab and will be removed. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-7222 ## How was this patch tested?
