Update on the previous comment, we have a pid file for all the ozone daemons
that is checked to determine whether the process is running. See
{{ozone_daemon_handler}} and {{ozone_secure_daemon_handler}} in
{{ozone-functions.sh}}. The repair subcommand would need to be added in the
{{ozone}} shell script, so we could check the pid files there.
