> From user's point of view, "hdds.datanode.volume.min.free.space" looks very similar to "hdds.datanode.dir.du.reserved" functionally, like another kind of reserved space. Yes @ChenSammi , I realised this too after making the latest change that this looks like another reserved space, I will then change the default of hdds.datanode.dir.du.reserved to 5GB instead of 0 and at that limit close the containers instead of the new property.
