Thanks [~erose] for the info. See description, the container was closed and
there was a 'deleteTransactionId' associated with it. Further, container dir
was deleted from some DNs while several other DNs had the containerDir/block
file left behind. Unfortunately the cluster was destroyed. We'll try to repro
it next time.
