Don't have any strong opinion to not use `AtomicInteger` if remove the
flakiness.
FYI: `count` passed in `RandomStringUtils.randomNumeric()` or
`RandomStringUtils.randomAlphanumeric()` create string of length `count`
(contains`count` chars) not in the range of 0-count. Which means when you pass
5 to `RandomStringUtils`, there are 100K combinations.
