For snapshot purge, we don't have no OM log or audit log if snapshot is purged.
Especially snapshot chain corruption bug investigation. There is no log stating
which snapshots are actually purged and removed from the SnapshotInfoTable and
chain both. It would be great if we add logs statement for snapshot purge
success and failure for debugging and investigation purpose.
