Skipping addition of pipeline with same Id shall not be the solution. This will mislead the caller that the pipeline is added successfully. And hence shall keep throwing exception as it was implemented. Instead, we shall correct the the logic of generation of pipeline Id so that it should not be duplicated Or, we shall handle the exception indicating the duplicate pipeline and then we will retry with new pipeline Id. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
