Review Comment:
[P2] Bound the wait for cancelled cleanup tasks\n\n`shutdownNow()` only
requests interruption, but a cleanup can be blocked in a FileIO call that does
not honor interrupts (or only returns after a long socket timeout). This loop
then waits until `isTerminated()` forever—one stuck sibling table masks the
original failure and makes `remove_orphan_blobs` never return. The new tests
use `CountDownLatch.await()`, which exits immediately on interrupt, so they do
not cover this case. Please use a bounded total termination deadline and
preserve/report the original failure when a task is still running after it; the
per-file interruption check can still prevent the task from starting subsequent
deletions once the current I/O call returns.
