0.3.0 release-preparation update: - This PR's Apache `CI` and `Release Vote Gate` runs are still `action_required`; they need a maintainer to approve execution. - I built an integration branch at `e42e81c` containing #70, #83, #84 plus its writer-path fix, #85, and this PR. - Fork evidence is green: CI 5/5 passed (run 35513548235) and Release Vote Gate passed (run 35513548219). - Local integration validation passed: release workspace tests, workspace Clippy/fmt, 166 release-tool tests, 4 Java-staging tests, dependency/license/header checks, and `git diff --check`. - A local RC1 version dry-run at `89cd8d0` verified `v0.3.0-rc1` with all component versions at `0.3.0`; no tag or release artifact was published. @JingsongLi could you please approve the two workflow runs and review this PR?
