### Purpose Keep continuous streaming changelog frames on Native Plan + Native Read, and turn the existing native-plan parity suites into end-to-end native-reader coverage. Depends on apache/paimon-rust#894. ### Changes - Pass an explicit changelog incremental mode when a streaming table uses physical changelog manifests. - Preserve the existing two-argument delta call while forwarding non-delta modes to the new Rust API. - Add an end-to-end input-changelog streaming test covering resume, two snapshots, predicate, projection, row kind, parallel native reads, and fallback guards. - Upgrade broad native parity matrices to enable native reads and fail if Python split readers are constructed. Coverage includes Data Evolution, scored indexes, materialized deletion vectors, first-row, dynamic and cross-partition buckets, incremental reads, stale resolved schemas, JDBC, filesystem, and REST tables. - Refresh the native-read documentation to describe split serialization, nested projection, row-kind support, and continuous streaming coverage. ### Tests - 296 passed and 128 subtests passed across the non-REST native-plan/native-read matrix - 95 passed across resolved-schema and REST native tests - 68 passed and 53 subtests passed in streaming scan and native-plan unit tests - New streaming changelog integration tests passed against the paimon-rust#894 binding -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
