URL: https://github.com/apache/paimon-mosaic/pull/94

   ## Purpose

   The Python writer callback treated every `stream.write()` call as a complete
write. File-like objects are allowed to return a smaller positive byte count,
`0`, or `None`, so the adapter could report success after writing only part of
a Mosaic file.

   ## Changes

   - retry positive partial writes until the full callback buffer is written;
   - fail on `0`, `None`, invalid, or oversized write results;
   - advance the logical position only after the complete buffer is written;
   - cover full writes, repeated short writes, and stalled writes.

   ## Validation

   - Python test suite: 64 passed
   - Rust interop fixtures: 7 passed
   - Python `compileall`: passed
   - real nonblocking `io.FileIO` pipe: partial output now returns an explicit
write failure instead of success
   - `git diff --check`: passed
