Reviewed head 92b8224a. Requirement fit: SUPPORTED; implementation: CLEAN. This closes a real end-to-end gap: configured range-bitmap append writes were previously ignored, while the reader already supported range pruning. I traced option parsing → writer creation → per-row positions → embedded/sidecar serialization → reader evaluation, including nulls and chunk boundaries. The Java V1 golden payloads and the append/read range-pruning path are covered. Independently ran `cargo test -p paimon --lib --features fulltext,vortex file_index`: 124 passed, including `test_range_bitmap_append_range_pruning`.
