### Purpose Reuse the loaded REST table response for native planning/reading, avoiding duplicate config/get-table requests while preserving REST snapshots and credential refresh. Depends on https://github.com/apache/paimon-rust/pull/922. Older Rust versions retain the existing path. ### Tests - 103 native integration-layer unit tests and Flake8 passed. - Real REST table: native setup median 299ms → 104ms over three trials per version; same planned snapshot and split count.
