### Search before asking - [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/paimon-cpp/issues) and found nothing similar. ### Motivation Java and Python support storing `ARRAY<BLOB>` in standalone BLOB files, but Paimon C++ cannot currently read them. ### Solution Add read-only `ARRAY<BLOB>` support, including: - raw and descriptor read modes; - null/empty arrays and null/empty elements; - data-evolution placeholder fallback; - schema and BLOB-field validation; - Java/Python compatibility tests. C++ writes remain unsupported.
