### Purpose fix #10181 - `HadoopCompliantFileIO` (paimon-s3-impl) cached FileSystems by authority only, but each `S3AFileSystem` is bound to its scheme. - A HiveCatalog with warehouse `s3://bucket` then fails cloning a Hive table at `s3a://bucket/...` through the same FileIO: `Wrong FS s3a://... -expected s3://bucket`. - Key the cache by `Pair.of(scheme, authority)`, as core `HadoopFileIO` does (#2504). - `ResolvingFileIO` already keys by scheme and authority; external paths only hit this with `resolving-file-io.enabled=false`. - Cross-scheme rename (s3 to s3a) still fails; out of scope. ### Tests - Added offline `S3FileIOSchemeCacheTest` (no network or Docker): s3 then s3a, s3a then s3, and same-scheme reuse. Both cross-scheme cases fail with `Wrong FS` before the fix. - `mvn -pl paimon-filesystems/paimon-s3-impl -Dtest=S3FileIOSchemeCacheTest clean install` (JDK 11): 3/3 passed, checkstyle/spotless/rat green.
