Reviewed 190b2d5 for the operational path of inspecting persisted streaming-consumer progress through `db.t$consumers`. The new system table matches Java’s two non-null columns and primary key, uses the base table’s branch-aware `ConsumerManager`, and preserves string/int64 types for an empty result. I found no blocking issue. Validation: 18 tests passed across the new consumers table, system-table loader, and catalog dispatch suites; `git diff --check` passed; CI run 36096152393 is green.
