## Summary Expose the existing `TableUpdate` row-ID data-evolution writer through the Python binding's batch write builder. Python callers can submit matched Arrow record batches and receive serializable commit messages for their existing commit flow. The binding rejects overwrite builders for updates and consumes the update writer once on `prepare_commit`. The Python type stub and a binding-level commit/read test are included. ## Verification - `cargo check --locked -p pypaimon_rust` - `cargo clippy --locked -p pypaimon_rust --all-targets -- -D warnings` - `pytest -q bindings/python/tests/test_update.py` - Exercised the paired PyPaimon branch's native batch update test and update suite locally against this binding.
