URL: https://github.com/apache/paimon/pull/10197
## Purpose
`predicate_json_parser` resolves query-authorization rule transforms so a
masked or filtered read can push them down. #10180 added eight of Java's
`DateExtractTransform` subclasses, but the five week-family ones — `WEEKDAY`,
`ISO_DAY_OF_WEEK`, `DAY_OF_WEEK`, `WEEK`, `YEAR_OF_WEEK` — still fall
through to
`ValueError("Unknown transform type: ...")`, so a table whose query-auth rule
uses any of them cannot be read from Python at all.
## Change
Map the five to the matching Arrow kernels, reusing the existing
`_DATE_EXTRACT` / `_date_extract` path (null-propagating, cast to int32). The
numbering matches java.time exactly: `WEEKDAY` Monday=0..Sunday=6,
`ISO_DAY_OF_WEEK` Monday=1..Sunday=7, `DAY_OF_WEEK` Sunday=1..Saturday=7, and
`WEEK` / `YEAR_OF_WEEK` the ISO week-of-week-based-year and week-based year.
## Tests
`TestDateExtractTransforms.test_week_family_parts` checks all five over
Monday/Sunday/Friday dates (including an ISO week-53 case) plus null. It
raises
"Unknown transform type" without the change.
