Fixed three additional issues in `9f001773e`: - **Sequence numbers:** normalize row-tracking-only files without changing their row IDs or overriding DE updates committed before recovery. - **Stale writers/compactors:** reject commits from writers loaded before DE was enabled, even if row tracking was already on. - **Interrupted conversion:** only return `Skipped` after confirming a committed DE-schema snapshot has fenced old writers; otherwise finish the fence and repair, including for empty tables. Added seven regression tests. **215 core tests passed**, along with Checkstyle and Spotless. Spark/Flink suites were not rerun locally. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
