URL: https://github.com/apache/paimon-rust/pull/977

`RESTCatalog::alter_table` reported column-level failures as table errors.
The server encoded `ColumnNotExist` / `ColumnAlreadyExist` as `400 Bad Request`
with a `column:<table>` resource type, and the client's
`map_rest_error_for_table` ignored `resourceType`, so a missing or duplicate
column surfaced as `TableNotExist` or a generic REST error. The filesystem
catalog returns the column errors for the same operations, so the two backends
disagreed.

The server now emits the `COLUMN` resource type with `404` / `409` (the wire
contract Java's `ErrorResponse` uses), and the client restores the column
errors from `resourceType`. `alter_table` with `ignore_if_not_exists` also
swallows a missing column, matching a missing table.

   The REST e2e `test_alter_table_columns` now checks that a duplicate-column
add returns `ColumnAlreadyExist` and dropping a missing column returns
`ColumnNotExist` over the full round trip.
