### Purpose On a changelog-producing primary-key table, a full-table `DELETE FROM T` with no `WHERE` clause is rewritten to the metadata-only truncate fast path and produces **no** `-D` changelog rows, even when `delete.force-produce-changelog = true` is set. ### Tests Add UT -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
