### Purpose Ports #9393 to pypaimon: `RESTCatalog.permission_management()` with `list_permissions`, `grant_permission` and `revoke_permission`, plus the `pypaimon.management` models. Validation, canonicalization, wire shapes and query parameters follow the Java classes, including where Python's defaults differ: blankness is `String.trim()`, lengths count UTF-16 units, and `expireTime` follows `Instant.parse`. ### Tests Ports `PermissionManagementJsonTest` and `RESTPermissionManagementTest`, plus cases pinning the Java string semantics above. `expireTime` validation agrees with JDK 11 `Instant.parse` on 1.5 million generated inputs. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
