## What The C and Go bindings can create, get and delete tags by name but cannot enumerate them, so a binding user can't discover tags created by Flink/Spark to feed `scan.tag-name` time travel or to drive tag GC. The core (`TagManager::list_all_names`) and the Python binding already expose this, and the DataFusion `$tags` system table covers SQL callers — only the C/Go bindings had the gap. ## Changes - `paimon_table_list_tags(table)`: returns the tag names (ascending) through the existing `paimon_string_list` return shape, honoring the table's branch scope. - Go `Table.ListTags() ([]string, error)` wrapping it. Mirrors Python's `Table.list_tags`. ## Tests - C: create two tags and assert `paimon_table_list_tags` returns both, covering the FFI string-array ownership and `paimon_string_list_free`. - Go: the happy path end to end (empty → two tags) and the closed-table error. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
