### Purpose
Intersect cached file-index results with the deletion vector before
building the merged-group bitmap selection. Retain the intersected
results so deleted candidates are excluded from the selection passed
to the union reader.
### Tests
Add a regression test that bypasses the final DV filter and verifies
that the pushed-down bitmap already excludes deleted rows.
