### Purpose Fix `FMGlobalIndexTest#testV1NoneGoldenFixtureIsStableAndReadable` on Windows. Passing the URI's path string to `Paths.get` leaves a leading slash before the drive letter and raises `InvalidPathException`. Pass the file URI directly to `Paths.get(URI)` so the platform provider resolves the local path. This updates the fixture test introduced by Jingsong Lee in #9442 (`2da00292357`). The golden bytes, assertions and production code are unchanged. ### Tests ```shell mvn -o -B -ntp -pl paimon-common -am -DwildcardSuites=none -DfailIfNoTests=false -Dtest=FMGlobalIndexTest test ``` On October 24, Windows / JDK 8u451 changed from 35 passing tests and one error to 36 passing tests; Linux / JDK 8u441 passed all 36 tests before and after the change. Enforcer, Checkstyle and Spotless were enabled. These results were obtained at `4790703c`. At the proposed base `e2cdaf54`, the patch and all 1,688 compared Java/build input files are unchanged.
