@q8webmaster Thanks for the root-cause analysis. It’s a helpful explanation of the MILLIS vs. Iceberg v2 issue, and I referenced it in #10600. #10601 takes a narrower approach that may address the review concerns: - `MICROS` is written only when `metadata.iceberg.storage` is enabled, so the default behavior for non-Iceberg tables remains unchanged. - `MILLIS` and `MICROS` files can coexist in the same table; readers use the unit annotated in each file. - `ParquetFilters` converts literals according to each file’s unit, preserving predicate pushdown and addressing the gap noted in #8797 and #8801.
