Fixed both startup races in e787eb7f96: - The scalar-failure test waits for `bitmapStarted` before BTree fails, so the existing three-BTree/one-Bitmap execution assertion has an established startup condition. - The interruption test waits for both builders to start before interrupting. It preserves the two-build and `btree-2` / `bitmap-2` assertions and cleans up the blocked builder and commit thread in `finally`. With a temporary harness delaying worker 2 or worker 1 by one second, the respective original tests failed as reported; both passed with the same delays after the fixes. The harness was removed before the final run: 139 Core tests passed, with Spotless, Checkstyle, Enforcer and diff checks. Apache RAT passed on a clean export of the committed source. Local runtime: JDK 17 / Maven 3.9.10. The reflection correction is now in CR1 and inherited by CR2/CR3.
