### Purpose Raise the minimum supported Rust version from 1.94.0 to 1.95.0. ### Brief change log - Set the workspace `rust-version` to `1.95.0`, inherited by all seven workspace packages. - Update the Linux and macOS MSRV jobs to install Rust 1.95.0 and use it for host, package metadata, and compilation checks. ### Tests - `cargo +1.95.0 check --locked --workspace --all-targets --all-features` — passed on macOS aarch64. - `cargo +1.95.0 metadata --locked --format-version 1 --no-deps` — all seven workspace packages report `rust_version = "1.95.0"`. - `git diff --check` — passed. ### API and Format Building the workspace now requires Rust 1.95 or newer.
