### Purpose Streaming Torch row datasets rejected Variant projections already supported by the native row iterator. Reuse that iterator for existing float32 extractions and mixed column projections. Read binding limits through one iterator before shuffle, preventing prefetch and split interleaving from exceeding the requested row count. Preserve existing native eligibility and non-streaming restrictions. ### Tests - Native Variant, Torch row and reader lifecycle tests: 811 passed. - Torch and reader adapter tests without Rust: 84 passed. - Python flake8, license headers and `git diff --check` passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
