The failed [Spark 3 / Scala 2.13 job](https://github.com/apache/paimon/actions/runs/40827887533/job/123295122241) hit an existing test-side race unrelated to this PR. `RemoveOrphanBlobsProcedureTest.clearShuffleOutputs()` enumerates shuffle IDs, but a shuffle can be unregistered before its outputs are cleared, causing nonexistent shuffle ID 83. This helper is unchanged by the PR, and all 25 partition-metadata tests passed in the same job. This is worth fixing separately to prevent intermittent CI failures: the helper should tolerate an already-unregistered shuffle while continuing to propagate unexpected errors. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
